Special Requests

A vendor spot is 10x10 and a pop up tent is preferred but not required. No larger tents will be accepted.

Vendor setup time is 10:00am. All vendors must be fully setup and cleaned by 11:45am. Event starts is 12:00pm and end at 9:00pm.

Vendors will not tear down before 6:00pm. Banners may not be hung in a manner that will block spectators or participants. We try our best to make this a non-compete opportunity, we ask no additional merchandise may be sold without approval. No “Hard Selling” example “Over-aggressive, pushing products, samples, memberships, etc. All tents should be properly secured.

I understand that all fees are non-refundable.

I will provide required insurance and/or permits if applicable.

I acknowledge that space is limited and my spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
